  • From a Mounds Park overlook. I went in hope that early evening clouds would stay around for the sunset. As often happens, they began to dissipate about a half hour before the sun went down. I persisted until the last light of dusk, half an hour after sunset. The colors just kept getting richer! A Saints ball game was going on under the bright lights at center - right, and two trains just below the bluff are reduced to abstractions by the 30 second exposure I used to capture this nearly dark scene.
