  • Downtown St. Paul gives off a beautiful glow. This view from Mounds Park is the only place where you can see the downtowns of St. Paul and Minneapolis in the same frame. And one of the rare occasions when Minneapolis takes a back seat to St. Paul! The First Bank "1" is ice blue this week to recognize the state high school hockey tournaments occurring in St. Paul.
